Very good to excellent condition. The only wear I see is a little bit of abrasion on the edges of some of the buttons tops at the bottom of the legs. No other flaws I see looking them over carefully. Zippers and snaps working. Mens waist size 38 but. Measured the inside with a tape measure and it’s 35 1/4. I wear size 36 ish and the waist on these fit me but tightly. Someone bought these from me and said they were too small more like 34. Upon reconsideration they were a little bit tight on me so I guess they are more like 35(then I measured). Inseam is 37 however. These will probably have to be cut off unless you are very tall. I know they make them long for a seated position but they are really long. These do not have a hem at the bottom of the pant legs. So you could take a straightedge and a very sharp knife and cut them to the desired inseam length. Or have a tailor or cobbler type place do it. I’m guessing they are designed to be able to do that. There is a fabric lining inside but is does not extend to the last 8- 9 inches on the bottom of the legs. Thick leather would not need the protection of a hem like regular pants fabric as well. I added leather conditioner. Once when I got them last summer and again today after I took the picture in this listing. Quite heavy they weigh in at about five and a half pounds.
