They measure approx 16 inches across the waist area at the tightest buckle and the laces cinched (as seen in the pictures) so they can expand out a couple of inches beyond 32 inches. They measure approx 38 inches from the top of the waistband down to the leg opening (the outside of the leg). Great condition overall with just some light white dirt marks, especially at the buckle area. They may have a slight storage smell but nothing overpowering.
